Try positive affirmations, also known as positive self-talk. Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome self-damaging and negative thoughts. When you repeat them often and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes. You can use affirmations in any situation where you'd like to see a positive change take place in your life.

Starting tomorrow, I want you to look in your mirror and pick three things from this list that ring true to you. Repeat daily for a week then come back and tell me how you feel!
